Professor Priyankar Upadhyaya currently serving as the ICCR Chair of Politics and International Relations at Dublin City University also holds the UNESCO Chair for Peace and Intercultural Understanding at Banaras Hindu University where he has taught international relations & peace studies for over three decades. He also served as the Adjunct /Visiting Professor at various European and North America universities/research institutions and authored and coauthored books and research articles published from Routledge, Ashgate, Oxford University and Cambridge University Press. He also lectures at National Defense College, Foreign Service Institute, Naval War Academy in India.
